[52/52] A familiar sensation

[52/52]. ..... (Explored)

Last weekend I captured the last image of my 52 weeks project. One year has passed since I started on this journey, a journey full of ups and downs, but in the end I managed to finish it. In the beginning my goal was to just capture one good image each week. After about 30 weeks it changed. I wanted to create one piece of art every week. Unlike many other photographers who made this challenge, my style is constantly changing. I have seen projects, where every picture had the same colours, and looked alike. I think that it is awesome to have a signature style, but somehow I could not find mine.
This project has been a journey to self-discovery. I tried my best to express my feelings and emotions in my work, and every week has been a challenge. Sometimes I took simple close-up portraits, sometimes I spent hours on a conceptual photography.
I think that a lot of progress is visible in my pictures. In the beginning I knew a little about editing, but I did not really know anything about conceptual photography. I learned how to find inspiration, develop a concept, and create the final image. I learned a lot about editing. I learned to be patient with myself, when things did not turn out as expected. I explored the nearby forests and discovered new places. I learned a lot, about myself and others.
I would do this project again. I do not know what will happen in my future, but I am sure that I will start a new project soon. Not a 52 weeks project, but something else. I made the decision that I do not want to study photography, or something like this. It is hard to explain why, but I think that being dependent on your passion, could spoil the fun for one. I love photography, and I do not want to change anything about that.

If you want to, you can have a look at all the pictures from this project. Which one do you like the most? I have my favourites.
Aaaand I do not want to forget the most important thing: I am a terrible person when it comes to social media. I never reply to your comments (sometimes I do) and I do not write that much. I want to thank you for your support and your comments. I do not think that I could have finished the project without you. Don't forget to be awesome ♥
